We have an return policy if informed within 24 hrs of delivery. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We ensure that important details of each item such as the item length, item width, and item color are provided along with the product image. Please check for these details before placing your order. Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you require more information about any item before you place your order.
We make every possible attempt to send your ordered items free from damage. However, in the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged item beyond wearability, we offer the following return policy:
- Refunds will be provided based on the service definitions on the specific service selected at payment; please review your service definition.
- You must send us an email to email@example.com within 24-hours of receiving the shipment.
- We will investigate the issue and provide a response within 72-hours of receiving your email.
- Your email must clearly specify the AWB No as well as attach a photograph of the damaged item.
- Please note that refunds can’t be processed for any consequential loss.
- Should a refund be appropriate, it shall be made back to the payment method originally used to book the transaction or into a prepay account with www.faztrex.com - refunds can only be processed to the contracted party who booked the order.
- Refunds to PrePay can take 3-4 working days to process.
- Refunds to the original payment method can take 7 to 10 working days, as all refunds must undergo a process to ensure that no collection took place.
- You have a maximum of 28 days from the date the order was placed to request a refund.
For ecom products return policy applicable as under.
- Eligible reasons - wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size, and counterfeit items can be returned as per return policy of the shopping site (Ensure items are reported within 24-hours to facilitate an easy return process, if applicable).
- "Change of mind"- You can return items if you change your mind but refunds will only be processed if the package seal is still intact and if the product is in no way tampered with.
- When returning an item, Ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.
- If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
- Events and Tickets are not eligible for return.
To return your product, visit or address package to: Ground Floor, IKM Place, Upper Hill, Nairobi, Kenya PO Box No – 12547 – 00400. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
